Our staff has compiled a list of all the festivities taking place in the Northwoods this Independence Day weekend. We wish you a fun and safe holiday.

July 3, 2021
Land O Lakes – Gateway Lodge
12:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Celebrate July 3rd with food, drinks and live music at the Gateway Lodge. Bring a lawn chair and watch the fireworks from the best seat in town.
4th of July Parades
9:00 am – Three Lakes
11:00 am – Eagle River and Rhinelander
12:00 pm – Boulder Junction and Land O’ Lakes
1:00 pm – Conover, Manitowish Waters and Tomahawk
3:00 pm – Sayner and Phelps
4:00 pm – Minocqua

Boulder Junction – Downtown
Parade down Main Street beginning at Noon, with Lions Club food tent from 10:30 am to Noon.
Fireworks display at 10:00 pm at the Boulder Junction Airport.
Independence Day Parade, Picnic in the Park, & Water Ski Show
July 4, 2021
Conover – Downtown
1:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Enjoy the parade and then head to Conover Town Park for the picnic.
There will be food, refreshments, music, games for kids, and a dunk tank.
End your day with a festive Chain Skimmers Water Ski Show.

Eagle River – Downtown
10:00 am to 3:00pm
Enjoy live music, an expanded beer garden to fund the fireworks, burgers, and brats (United Way Benefit), American Legion Corn on the Cob, activities for the kids (bounce house, face painting, and more) and of course the spectacular Eagle River Parade featuring over 80 entrants and specialty floats.
Manitowish Waters 4th of July Celebration
July 4, 2021
Manitowish Waters – Downtown
9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Arts and crafts fair, raffles, giant game tent and prizes, Lions-sponsored beverages, Brat Feed, airplane display and rides (weather permitting).
Skiing Skeeters water ski show held at Rest Lake Park, 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
Manitowish Waters Fire Company-sponsored fireworks at dusk over Rest Lake.

Mercer – Carow Park
8:00 am to 10:00 pm
Fun for the whole family.
Parade, food, beverages, and fun in the park.
Ending the day with fireworks at dusk.
Minocqua 4th of July Celebration
July 4, 2021
Minocqua – Downtown
3:45 pm – 10:00 pm
Celebrations start with a kiddie parade, a military flyover followed by the main parade, Min-Aqua Bats Waterski show, and end with fireworks over Lake Minocqua at Torpy Park.

Phelps – Downtown
7:00 pm to 11:00 pm
The Second Annual Boat Parade begins at 7:00 pm. Community members, organizations and visitors are invited to decorate their boat and join the parade! The parade route starts at the Millerville Lane Boat Landing (just off Hwy 17 in Phelps) and traverses along the shoreline through downtown Phelps and ends at Dublin Sports Bar and Grill. At the end of the boat parade participants are encouraged to stay on the lake and enjoy the wonderful fireworks display. Spectators will be able to view the parade from multiple locations along the lake.
Registration through the Phelps Chamber of Commerce is appreciated.
Fireworks begin at dusk over North Twin Lake. Watch from shore or from your boat!
Rhinelander 4th of July Parade & Fireworks
July 4, 2021
10:00 am to 10:00 pm
Rhinelander – Brown Street
This year’s theme is: “Remember: United We Stand.”
Kiddie Parade at 10:00 am, Firecracker 1K Run at 10:30 am, with the main parade at 11:00 am, and fireworks starting at dusk (around 9:30 pm).

Three Lakes – Downtown
7:00 am to 10:00 pm
Start the day at the Three Lakes High School with the Lions Club for a Pancake Breakfast from 7:00 am to 11:00 am.
The Lions Club parade will begin at 9:00 am and several downtown businesses sell food and refreshments before and during the parade.
After the parade, everyone is invited to Don Burnside Park where the party continues with a variety of food and flea market vendors, many supporting local organizations from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
