DESCRIPTION:Julie brings a variety of fun themes to each class blending creative movement and yoga\, breathing techniques\, music\, and interactive games\, ending with a mindful art activity.  Each child will be welcomed into a supportive and encouraging space. \nPhysically\, yoga helps promote strength\, increase flexibility\, develop coordination\, balance\, and motor skills.  Yoga has also been found to have positive impact on social-emotional well-being by helping children manage stress and anxiety. \nClass will be held at the Discovery Center outdoors\, or indoor during inclement weather.  Class intended for children ages 5-10 years. DESCRIPTION:The community is invited to join Dick Leinenkugel and volunteers with the Great Headwaters Trails (GHT) Foundation for the annual “Let’s Talk Beer and Biking with Dick Leinenkugel”. \n“Let’s Talk” will be hosted at Greenhill’s Log Cabin\, 226 Hwy 45\, Conover\, WI 54519\, on Thursday\, June 27\, 2024 from 6:00 to 7:30 pm. \n“Let’s Talk” offers attendees the opportunity to learn more and talk about the upcoming 13th Annual Ride With Leinie event that will be held on Saturday\, July 27\, 2024\, in Conover. \nEveryone is welcome! The first 10 people that register for the Ride With Leinie at this event will receive a complimentary Ride With Leinie souvenir beer glass. Door prize tickets will be sold for $1 each during the event for the chance to win Leinenkugel swag. \nProceeds from the Ride with Leinie go towards the enhancement and development of eastern Vilas County bike trails such as the Conover-Phelps Trail and the River Trail.
